Southern Rigging Supplies carry the Blue Wave range of both UNF and metric rigging screws, from light weight M5 up to Superyacht size M36 with a with a max load rating in excess of 40 tons.

All these rigging screws are made from the highest quality materials, to meet and exceed the design, weight and breaking loads required at sea. From the standard electro polished fitting to the highest performance CNC machined component ever one is precision made to meet extreme conditions and guarantees your safety.

Blue Wave rigging screws are available in ANSI 316 stainless steel, chrome plated bronze and polished bronze. There is a wide variety of end fitting for rigging screws to suit every application, these include fork and toggle end fittings with clevis pins, roll swage and Blue Wave' patented swageless end fittings for fitting directly to the end of the wire. Custom combinations of these end fittings are available to order at short notice.

For situations where wire and rigging screws are not the answer, there are adjuster forks which used in conjunction with our custom made rods, these can be used as braces in confined areas or extending links in standing rigging. Our custom made threaded rods can be made in most lengths, with left and right hand threads and flats if required to provide adjustment. Internally threaded rod connectors are used to join these rods together.

For safety reasons it is recommended that when using our rigging screws the working loads should not exceed 1/3 of the maximum breaking load indicated in out catalogue.
Note: All break loads are determined by thread diameter and clevis pin where fitted.
